Meet your dietitian
Hi, I’m Phillippa, an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist passionate about empowering women to take control of their health.
I specialise in women’s health and nutrition, supporting people with periods, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, and other chronic health conditions.
My approach is rooted in a holistic, non-diet philosophy, combining evidenced-based care with empathy to create personalised solutions. I believe that food should feel nourishing and joyful—not stressful or restrictive.
With over three years of experience, I’ve helped hundreds of people achieve their health goals while embracing their unique journeys. I follow the Health at Every Size® principles and value diversity, inclusion, and individuality in all that I do.
